Mark Mahoney Box
Intenze wanted to create a custom piece to honor Venice Beach tattoo artist Mark Mahoney. Inspired by a whiskey box containing a bottle of Mark's own recipe of "shamrock green" tattoo ink. This alder box was released at a St. Patty's day party at Marks tattoo shop. Shrapnel inlaid a gold clover on the front of the box with a burnt etching of some of Mark's own script. Inside there was a mirror gold plate with a frost etched script, on the orange lining a proverb was silk screened onto the fabric.
